Winter Warmers

Winter is nearly upon us and I am not prepared whatsoever.

The leaves have fallen, Starbucks red cups have arrived and my world is a hue of burnt orange. Cosy knits have inevitably been rescued from the bottom of drawers so to wrap up warm against the crisp air; autumn is without doubt my favourite season!

As winter is loitering right around the corner, I know it is time to invest in a few more winter warmers...

In desperate need of a new snuggly winter coat, which should have been purchased at the beginning of autumn, I have been scouring the shops and the internet relentlessly over the past weekend. I have found a few little gems. Now it's just the difficult part of deciding which one..

Light up

Last night the skies were lit up with an array of fireworks.
E and I stomped over to Heaton Park in our wellies to hudle next to the bonfire, hot chocolate in hand, ready to catch the sparkly show.

We oohed and aahed at the display before whizzing round the fun-fair, grabbing our toffee apples (for me) and candyfloss (for E) then heading home for a nice cuppa on the sofa!

So today I finally plucked up the courage to create my own personal space in the blogosphere.

So many talented individuals have given me inspiration through their blogs to create my own platform, so that I can too share my stories with others; I personally feel everyone should have their own blog and nothing should stop you from feeling like you can't do it!

I just hope I can bring a little inspiration to others from time to time. x
